Elizabeth David-Dembrowsky serves as the Executive Director for Keren Or, Inc., The Jerusalem Center for Blind Children with Multipled Disabilities, a position she has held since February of 2012. Elizabeth holds a Juris Doctorate from Brooklyn Law School where she attended night school while working fulltime; a Masters in Writing from the University of Warwick, UK where she received the Student Busary Award; and a Bachelors in Psychology from Boston University where she graduated summa cum laude and studied on a full-tuition, four-year scholarship. Elizabeth is a member of the Administrative Law Committee of the New York City Bar Association, a Board member of Advancing Jewish Professionals of Greater New York, and a volunteer attorney with the Hebrew Immigration Aid Society. Her immigration works focuses on asylum and family petitions. Elizabeth is a published poet and novelist.

Melissa Robinette (Creator, Coach) was born into the circus and constantly works as an actor. She started putting together, advertising, booking, and negotiating her own contracts for her one woman show at age ten. MelRob booked her first NYC audition, been a working union actor for over 19 years. She books ALL of her work through EPAs and ECCs because she doesn't have representation. MelRob lives in Peekskill, NY on an organic farm with her husband, 2 rescue pitbulls and 3 chickens. The Biz of Show came about from her circus family, where there is a systematic way to run your biz. In 2012 MelRob was elected the Eastern Vice President of Actors Equity. In 2017 she was elected 1st National Vice President of Actors Equity.
